Autograph: Letter in Italian from Michelangelo Buonarroti to his father, Lodovico di Buonarrota Simoni in Florence. Michelangelo Buonarroti contradicts a rumour of his death and complains that he has received no money from the Pope for thirteen months. Further, he refers to a suit for dower for his aunt Monna Cassandra (widow of Francesco Buonarroti). June 1508. Signature: Michelagniolo Buonarroti.
