Princess Margaret attended the premiere of the film ''The Alamo'' - at the Astoria, Charing Cross Road, last evening - held in aid of the Invalid Children's Aid Association.. She was presented with a splendid silver mounted saddle - valued at £1,000 - by John Wayne, star of the film.
