I voted stickers are spread out on a table at Vineyard Community Church on Tuesday for voters to take after voting as poll workers are not allowed to hand them out due to COVID-19 restrictions. Voters in north Manhattan had to vote without power due to an fire at an electrical substation around 8:35 am. Polling booths ran on battery supply which has a three hour max reserve. Polling workers were prepared to offer voters paper ballots in the event the power grid remained down. Power returned to north Manhattan around 11:00 am. (Credit Image: © Luke Townse
