But tentatively: Tubular Tokes, an 80s themed, neon-covered vape shop, is the worst reviewed, worst reputation business in St. Pete but it keeps thriving anyway, because low, low prices. The owner is either a harmless, colorful character referred to by many as the ''vape nazi'' (a la seinfeld's ''soup nazi) who is purposely extremely rude to his loyal customers, OR an actual menace who harasses people, pepper sprays undeserving folks and may have battered an unconscious woman.
