Descrição:	Apple Computers headquarters. Headquarters (HQ) of Apple Computers, one of the world's largest compu- ter manufacturers. The HQ is located at Cupertino in Silicon Valley, California, USA, where most of America's computer and software manufacturers have their headquarters and research facilities. Apple was founded by Steven Jobs & Stephen Wozniak in 1976; the pair worked from a garage. Apple was incorporated in January 1977 with a third partner, Mike Markkula. It marketed the first affordable personal computers and in 1982 became the first computer company to have an income of $1 billion a year. Wozniak left the company in 1981, as did Jobs in 1985.
