Four muscles are shown on or attached to the scapula (shoulder blade) at upper left. The infraspinatus muscle (triangular) lies on the posterior surface of the scapula. Partially seen below it are the teres minor and teres major muscles. Above it is the supraspinatus muscle on top of the scapula.
