Currently there are a number of empty units formerly occupied by Mothercare, Furniture Village, Outfit and Argos. The site was owned by the Royal London Asset Management who bought it from the Crown Estate in 2016. Tenants that remain on the site are B&Q, New Look, Carpetright, Next, Boots and Tapi Carpets.
